Rather than waiting until every last detail was finished, we chose a phased opening. This allows guests to begin enjoying the property while we thoughtfully complete the final touches that will shape the full experience in the months ahead.

Opening in phases allows us to do things the way we believe they should be done. Carefully. Thoughtfully. Without cutting corners.
This approach gives us the space to:

At this time, remaining construction is primarily focused on shared common areas, including the lobby, pool area, market lounge, and laundry facilities. This work is being completed in stages and managed carefully to minimize disruption to guest stays.

The majority of our units feature kitchenettes, offering added convenience for longer stays, families, or guests who enjoy the option of preparing simple meals. Select accommodations include special features such as a private balcony in one unit and a patio in another, providing inviting outdoor space to enjoy fresh air and quiet moments.
We offer a variety of well-designed layouts, including multi-space suite options with kitchenettes, ideal for guests traveling together who appreciate both connection and privacy. For those seeking added relaxation, several king rooms feature in-room jacuzzi tubs, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area.
Every guest room has been refreshed with brand-new beds, new bedding, and updated furniture, creating a clean, comfortable environment designed for restful stays. These updates reflect our focus on comfort and quality from the moment guests step inside their rooms.
Looking ahead, our pool and spa area is currently undergoing a full upgrade, including a refreshed interior for both the pool and hot tub spa. In addition, our sauna will be brought back into operation, rounding out a wellness-focused experience we know guests value. Our goal is to have the pool, hot tub spa, and sauna fully ready by Spring 2026, creating an even more complete stay experience in the seasons ahead.
Each of these features is being completed with the same thoughtful approach guiding our phased opening — prioritizing comfort, longevity, and the kind of amenities guests genuinely enjoy using.
